Do I need a new app to access mobile banking?

Yes, download the new Texas Financial Bank app for Apple devices in the App Store or Google Play for Android users.

The previous versions of our app will no longer work.

Will my transaction history be available?

Yes, your transaction history for the past 12 months will be available on the new platform!

Will there be any changes to how I receive my statements?

In March, customers will receive two statements, one for activity through March 21st, and another for the remainder of the month. Statements will return to a normal cadence beginning in April.

Customers may elect to receive e-statements once logged into or enrolled in the new platform.
